Tucker Realty Corporation, Industrial and Commercial Realtors representing Joseph E. Paone, Jr. have sold the industrial building at 3360-64 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA consisting of approximately 33,000 square feet, plus the rear lot of approximately 6,000 square feet at 3364-68 Braddock Street, Philadelphia, PA to Frankford Shoe Factory Limited Partnership for the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy Thousand Dollars ($270,000.00).  The new owners plan to occupy the premises for the manufacturing of furniture and allied items.  Donald S. Rosen of Tucker Realty Corporation, was the sole broker in this transaction.
