Michael Adams of NAI Summit recently represented the building owner in renewing the lease for UniTek at 22 Commerce Way, Bethlehem, PA. This 14,400 SF space is located in the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park IV and provides easy access to Routes 512, 22, 33, I-78 and PA Turnpike 476.
