KW Commercial Arranges Sale of Brian Court Apartments in Ridley Park

(Lansdale, PA) – Friedman Realty Group, Inc. has purchased the Brian Court Apartments in Ridley Park, PA for $2,000,000 from The Brian Court Limited Partnership.  The property is located at 17 West Chester Pike.  Donald Eill represented both the buyer and the seller.  Eill leads the multi-family property group of Keystone Partners Group, KW Commercial office in Media, PA.

Keystone Partners Group (KPG) was founded in 2001 by Michael D. Campo and Rudy A. Usic with a single real estate office in Blue Bell, PA.  Today, the KPG network consists of twelve real estate offices extending from Stroudsburg, to West Chester (PA) and has over 775 agents.

KW Commercial has over 1,200 commercial brokers in the United States and Canada and is headquartered in Austin, TX.
