John Crampsie of NAI Summit Sells 30 Acres in LVIP VII

John Crampsie, principal at NAI Summit, recently represented the seller in the disposition of 30 acres of land at 10 Emery Street, Bethlehem, PA (LVIP VII). The sale price of the transaction was $4,200,000.00.

The buyer was Liberty Property Trust, LP. “Liberty’s purchase of 30 acres is yet another example of their positive outlook on the Lehigh Valley market in general and the particular attractiveness of LVIP VII,” said Crampsie, who represented the seller.
