John Crampsie of NAI Summit Leases Restaurant Space at PPL Plaza

John Crampsie, principal at NAI Summit, recently leased 2,312 SF of restaurant space at PPL Plaza (835 W. Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA).

The tenant, Bon Appetit Café, is scheduled to open June 11, 2012 with a Mediterranean theme, a welcome addition to the restaurant scene in downtown Allentown. 

Crampsie represented both the tenant and the building owner.
