CoreTitle Expands Its Headquarters

Colliers International's Southern New Jersey office division recently facilitated a 3,501-square-foot sublease on behalf of InfoGroup USA at Bloom Court -1300 Route 73 in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - to CoreTitle, LLC.

CoreTitle, LLC, a full service title insurance and settlement company already based at this location, recently acquired its competitor, Garden State Abstract Company (GSA) of Marlton, NJ. This recent sublease of 3,501 square feet will accommodate this expansion and bring their occupancy at Bloom Court to approximately 7,000 square feet.
