Beacon Commercial Completes Leasing Transactions for 400,000+ SF Year-to-Date

Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC announced today it has negotiated over 400,000 square feet of real estate leasing transactions during the first half of 2012. Beacon is a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in Landlord and Tenant Representation for office, industrial and retail space.

Dave Ruffini, Beacon’s specialists in Delaware County, signed NextFab Studio to a 21,000 square foot lease at 2025‐2029 Washington Avenue and completed the sale of 1425‐27 Federal Street, a 10,000 square foot apartment redevelopment. Colin McHale, Vice President, negotiated 50,600 square feet in leasing transactions including Network Building & Consulting at Sentry Park, Adaptive Digital at Plymouth Woods, Pierrel Research USA at 983 Old Eagle School Road, Eastern Revenue at 998 Old Eagle School Road and Mercy Home Health Services at 1717 Swede Road in Blue Bell, PA. Jim DiBianca, a Tenant Rep specialist, negotiated a 4,485 s.f. expansion for Laser Spine Institute at the Valley Forge Office Center in Wayne, PA, along with four additional deals, with the assistance of Jere Shertzer, totaling 10,000 s.f.
