Alan Apt Represented Buyer in Office Condominium Purchase.

Valley Forge Associates, LLC has purchased an office condominium in the Valley Forge Commons East Office Condominium Complex at 1288 Valley Forge Road in Schuylkill Township, Chester County, PA. The Seller was Christian Evans who was represented by Jim Selken of Continental Realty. The Buyer was represented by Alan Apt of APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS and the offices will be used by the firm of Christopher K. St. George, CPA. Unit price for the space was $117 per square foot. The St. George Accounting Firm will be moving from King of Prussia, PA.
